Commercial & prime contractors
Subcontract and supply packages on commercial projects, including general contractors bidding public work who need a supplier quote inside their own response.

How we bid
A responsive bid, or none at all
A bid that gets thrown out on a technicality wastes the agency's time as much as ours. We would rather decline a solicitation we cannot supply than submit a response that falls apart at award.
- Read the solicitation in full, including addenda, before quoting anything
- Price line by line against the specification as written
- Flag specification conflicts and ask questions inside the Q&A window rather than after award
- State clearly where we take exception, instead of hiding it in a footnote
- Submit every required form, certification and acknowledgement
- Honour the pricing for the full period the solicitation requires
- Supply on the contract's delivery and reporting terms for the life of the award
